Abstract (English) : | LAC-USC, 175 consecutive pts who underwent TOL, 85% delivered vaginally, Pts who had labor included and pts with high fetal station on admission were sig. more likely to require repeat CS (67% and 75% respectively) A subgroup of induction and macrosomia only had 25% successful VBAC. Conc.= until risk factors with high predictive value for repeat CS are identified, all eligible pts should be encouraged to undergo a TOL. |
