Résumé (français)  :

Abstract (English)  :

An open randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted at the labor ward of Wad Medani Hospital, Sudan to test the efficacy of 25 μg vs. 50 μg intravaginal misoprostol for cervical ripening and labor induction.

In contrast to the previous observation [4], 25μg intravaginal misoprostol has longer induction-delivery interval and significantly fewer patients delivered vaginally.
