Abstract (English) : | Retro, multi center of 579 pts with PCS and who deliverer from 1/95-6/97. the rate of successful TOL was 74.5%, overall the morbidity was not increase in the TOL group. Conc: TOL should be allowed in most of the women with PCS.20The bishop’s score is the best predictor of mode of delivery. Induction of labor and a first CS for dystocia do not affect the chances of vaginal birth. |
