Abstract (English) : | 61 pts at 37-40 weeks gestation with Hx of PCS had TVUS. Wall thickness, cervical length, dilation of the isthmus were measured. Found that a thickness cutoff of 3.5mm of the lower uterine segment had a positive predictive value of 60.7% and a negative predictive value of 100%. |
