Abstract (English)  :

Retro review, of all cases of uterine rupture 1992-1998 in 3687 women attempting TOL (0.5%). Induction was carried out in 1097 women, 8 ruptures occurred with either oxytocin or PGE2 for a rate of 0.7%. There was no increased risk when compared with those having spontaneous labor.
