Abstract (English) : | Review of 12 years of 2775 patients with one prior scar and no other deliveries, 1504 were del at or before 40 weeks and 1271 were delivered after 40 weeks. Spontaneous uterine rupture rate before 40 weeks was 0.5% and 1.0% after 40 weeks. For induced labor, the uterine rupture rate was 2.1% B4 40 weeks and 2.6% after 40 weeks. |
