Si, selon Socrate, nul n’est méchant volontairement, chacun d’entre nous doit répondre de ses actes. La responsabilité, civile, pénale ou déontologique, est une démarche juridique et judiciaire qui permet de jauger nos actes et d’en tirer les conséquences. Les bonnes pratiques médicales, les références médicales opposables, les données acquises de la science sont autant de bornes qui serviront à l’étalonnage des actes des professionnels de santé. Mais ces instruments de mesure sont loin d’être précis…
