Résumé (français) : | Les anesthésistes réanimateurs sont particulièrement exposés aux procédures de recherche en responsabilité et y seront statistiquement plusieurs fois confrontés lors de leur carrière. L’expertise peut être demandée par une juridiction pénale, lorsqu’il existe une atteinte présumée à la vie ou à l’intégrité. Dans ce cas, l’anesthésiste, qu’il soit praticien hospitalier, médecin salarié du secteur privé ou en exercice libéral, peut être directement et personnellement mis en cause. |
