À partir de deux cas de douleurs périnéales persistantes du post-partum, dues à la présence d’un fil de suture périnéale transfixiant la paroi anale, nous rapportons l’utilité de l’examen échographique dans la recherche étiologique de douleurs inhabituelles du post-partum.

Abstract (English)  :

We report two cases of persistant perineal pain in postpartum period due to transfixation of the anus with a suture and the contribution of perineal ultrasound in the diagnosis of unusual perineal pain.
