21 Feb 2019 18:39 | [FR] Il s’agit ici d’exercice modéré, d’intensité 70 à 75% perçue entre 13 et 14 à l’échelle de Borg : https://www.brianmac.co.uk/borgscale.htm Cette intensité étant corrélée au rythme cardiaque, il serait intéressant de répéter l’expérience avec un groupe pratiquant de l’exercice d’endurance à la fréquence cardiaque optimale décrite par Philip Maffetone pour l’entraînement aérobie (https://philmaffetone.com/180-formula/) qui permet d’optimiser le VO2max. |
