Abstract (English)  :

Gynecology in its current practice is the subject of many questions. More and more users are denouncing the abuse suffered, especially in obstetrics. We wanted to look at the reasons that lead to these misdeeds, we have in particular posited the hypothesis of sexism.
We show how gynecology was built in a historical interlacing with political interests of maintaining a sexist power. We study the different types of gynecological acts, and their medical interest which we prove is often less. We also demonstrate their historical and symbolic link with sexism.
Faced with medically unfounded caring behaviors that cause daily suffering for women, we seek to unravel the weaving of the cultural influences at their origin, and to propose solutions for a truly benevolent care.
