Mythe: Votre bébé se présente en siège. La seule chose à faire est de programmer une césarienne.
Réalité: La césarienne systématique pour un enfant à terme se présentant en siège augmente la mobidité et la mortalité maternelles, et le coût sociétal, sans pour autant présenter un avantage considérable pour les foetus à terme ou proches du terme.
