HPV infection dramatically increases the diversity of the vaginal microbiome, leading to a gradual increase in the abundance of anaerobic bacteria and the severity of cervical dysplasia. Any unnecessary surgical treatment for cervical dysplasia could negatively affect obstetric outcomes and sex life. The COVID-19 pandemic has deeply shaken health systems. In this article, we take a look at how countries in the European Union and the UK have responded in terms of access to abortion. While some countries have sought to maintain and facilitate abortion care during the pandemic by introducing or expanding the use of telemedicine and early medical abortion, others have attempted to restrict it further.

Laying the foundations for a common understanding of well-treatment, this recommendation includes illustrations drawn from the practical experience of institutions and services, which cannot be considered as an exhaustive and definitive list of requirements. In their process of adopting the recommendation, the professionals of these institutions and services are indeed likely to engage in other actions that are fully related to well-treatment.

Our approach at the start was based on mutual astonishment; how was it possible that at the end of the 20th century there existed two forms of organization that were so different, in which the use of techniques was so unequal and which led to performances, in terms of mortality and morbidity, that were otherwise equivalent, at least close, the best results being moreover rather on the side of the less instrumented solutions?
